Diane P. (Reid) Barlow, 73,
of Rome, passed away September 22,
2025 after a long-fought battle
with Parkinson's Disease. She was
born on June 4, 1952 in Rome, a
daughter of the late Francis and
Elizabeth Reid. Diane graduated
from Rome Free Academy. She
enjoyed a long career in banking,
retiring from M & T Bank. On
August 30, 1991, Diane was united
in marriage to Paul Barlow.
Surviving besides her loving
husband, Paul, are two daughters,
Melissa Sauer and Kristen Clements
(Matt Seelman); her grandson,
Maverick; brother, David Reid
(Debbie); niece, Rachel Destito
(John); step-children, Sonya
Ciccone (Michael) and Eric Barlow
(Sandy); son-in-law, Bruce
Paquette; as well as
step-grandchildren, nieces,
nephews and brothers-in-law; and
lifetime friends, Leslie, Linda,
Lauren, and Lana. She was
predeceased by her mother-in-law,
Dora Tuggey; step-children, Jill
Paquette and Brian Barlow;
son-in-law, Daniel Clements; and
many other cherished family
members.
